Low Back Pain

Low Back Pain (LBP) is one of the leading causes of disability in the world.  It presents in many forms as simple as a pinch, tweak or ache to a sore or stiffness felt in the morning or at the end of the day.  It can also be as severe as something that significantly reduces your range of motion, shoots pain across the back or down the leg(s) and leave one incapacitated.  The leading cause of LBP is usually a very gradual repetitive strain that occurs after many years of sitting too much (sedentation) or heavy lifting/sporting activity that is at the limit of one’s capacity.
