Plantar Fasciitis
Plantar Fasciitis (PF) is an irritation of the ligament(s) which create the rigid arch of the foot. It is actually composed of a medial, middle and lateral band, starting from the bottom of the heel and attaching along the base of the toes. Most commonly, someone with PF presents with heel or arch pain which is worst with the first few steps in the morning or after a long period off their feet. This common condition is very regularly treated at CCST in a fast and effective manner without the need of expensive prescription orthotics.
