Dr. Alexandra Toutant
Dr. Toutant takes a patient-centred, team-based approach to care, utilizing a comprehensive chiropractic methodology that incorporates a range of techniques to help patients return to the activities they love. Her personal background in sports, fitness, and dance – combined with her kind and caring personality- allows her to connect deeply with patients, uncover the root causes of their concerns, and create individualized care plans focused on wellness in motion.
Outside of the clinic, Dr. Toutant leads an active lifestyle that includes strength training, dancing, group fitness classes, and hiking in the Rockies. She also enjoys more relaxing activities, such as reading, baking for friends and family, and cuddling her cat, Smudge!
